The B-WOW! Youth Leadership Institute offers dynamic leadership experiences. Students learn leadership concepts, develop comprehensive leadership skills, build critical thinking skills, learn business etiquette and confidence, improve strategic communications and performance management, learn time management, participate in civic engagement & community service projects, career assessment workshops, tools, and team building. B-Wow! provides innovative programming. Our programming is distinctive because it provides opportunities for independent research, experiential learning, service-learning, and economic development for participants, families, and the community.
Additionally, Project Ricochet, Inc., conducts community-based seminars offering Titan Financial Legacy, business planning, small business management, and nonprofit management; in conjunction with existing organizations that provide financial services.
